My approach is integrative. I combine depth psychology (Jungian perspective) with modern insights from positive and social psychology (University of Pennsylvania, Harvard Medical School). I don’t look only at thoughts or behavior.

I live between different countries and cultures, and I’m a mother. I understand what it means to be in-between phases — to lose your sense of ground, and to gradually find it again.
