As a psychologist, I support people through times of change, helping them find clarity and make thoughtful decisions.

Everything seems fine on the outside, but inside there’s a feeling that this isn’t quite your life.
You know you’re capable of more, yet you keep doubting yourself and putting decisions off.
You feel stuck at a crossroads, unsure which step is the right one.
You long for closeness, but the same patterns keep repeating in your relationships.
You overthink — and it keeps you from moving forward.
Life is changing, and it feels like you’re losing your sense of stability.

When questions arise: who you are and why you’re doing what you do.
When your thoughts hold you back and decisions keep getting postponed.
When it’s important to find direction and start moving toward what matters.
When old patterns repeat, but you want to build healthier connections.
Moving, divorce, a new stage of life, or a career change.
When your inner critic feels louder than your inner support.
If you recognize yourself in any of these, change is possible.

Together, we explore what’s happening in your life and work toward a new sense of balance.
You begin to understand what’s been holding you back.
You develop greater trust in yourself and your decisions.
A sense of direction starts to take shape.
You start noticing old patterns — and gradually changing them.
What once felt overwhelming begins to turn into a clear path forward.

I resonate with people who tend to reflect deeply, search for meaning, and feel there is more to their life.
Perhaps this is where you find yourself right now. In my work, I combine in-depth psychological practice with modern insights into how the mind works.
I hold two higher education degrees and specialize in Jungian psychology. I have studied positive psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, completed a program at Harvard Medical School, and explored social psychology and coaching.
At the moment, I’m especially interested in neuropsychology — how the mind and body interact to shape a person’s unique inner world. I’m also a mother to a young son, I travel often, live between cultures, and continue learning languages. I’m deeply familiar with themes of change, searching for one’s place, and finding inner support. That’s why my work is not just about solving problems, but about helping you see your life with greater clarity.

Your safety and comfort are my highest priorities.
