About me

I support people who feel that their usual ways no longer work — and there isn’t yet a clear sense of what comes next. Instead of giving ready-made advice, I help you look at your situation in a new way — and make decisions you can trust in real life.

My approach is integrative. I combine depth psychology (Jungian perspective) with modern insights from positive and social psychology (University of Pennsylvania, Harvard Medical School). I don’t look only at thoughts or behavior.
I work with what’s happening underneath — your inner processes, emotional responses, and the connection between mind and body.

I live between different countries and cultures, and I’m a mother. I understand what it means to be in-between phases — to lose your sense of ground, and to gradually find it again.

With me, difficult things become easier to face.
